I had the privilege to live in Florence back in 2019-2021 where I learned the old but timeless technique of etching and aquatint. I fell in love with this technique. It not only offers a whole new perspective in drawing but also the opportunity to change an etching completely when I apply thin layers of watercolor to create a unique copy.
